DeBragga & Spitler

Have you visited the recently opened Highline Park, on Manhattan's west side?  The views from this former elevated freight train track are amazing!  Be sure to notice the new sign for gourmet meat purveyors DeBragga & Spitler, recently installed by Green Mountain Graphics.  When the Highline Park opened in June 2009, the owners of DeBragga & Spitler realized that a valuable advertising opportunity had been created.  Thousands of people a week would now be passing by their once nearly hidden location.  They needed an attractive, attention-getting sign to draw business to their new interactive website.
Green Mountain Graphics fabricated and installed a 4' x 16' red aluminum panel sign, with raised white cut-out acrylic letters, and a gold trim frame.  The new sign is attractive, functional, and working every day to gain new web business for "New York's Butcher". Pleased with the results, our contact Ed Damato stated "It looks wonderful from the Highline.  Everything seems to be working out perfectly!"

Signs are a proven cost-effective means of advertising.  How can Green Mountain Graphics help you improve your visibility, and capitalize on your unique visual promotion opportunities?  Contact us today for a free consultation.

The Kaufman Organization

When the Kaufman Organization, a venerable New York City real estate firm, decided that the logo signage at their properties was in need of an update, they turned to Green Mountain Graphics. Working together, we developed a design utilizing the iconic "k" logo, a modern typeface, and a clean, simple layout.  The graphics are etched on a 3/16" thick polished brass plate, and black paint filled.  You can see the new signs mounted on the facade of 8 buildings in midtown Manhattan, and in Tarrytown, NY.  The difference from "before" to "after" is dramatic!  This re-branding effort now projects an image for the Kaufman Organization that is modern, yet classic in appearance.

Your image counts...what image does your signage project?  Could it use an update?  Green Mountain Graphics specializes in custom signage solutions to create your unique visual identity.

Elliot Lable & NYP

When was the last time you saw something uplifting while at the hospital? Local artist Elliot Lable took this into consideration when he recently quilted together seventy eight 7in. squares decorated with the thoughts and artwork of cancer patient's family members and staff of the Herbert Irving Cancer Center at New York Presbyterian Medical Center. Green Mountain Graphics mounted the collection as a 4'x8' framed grid on a wall of the patient lounge.  Mr. Lable says: "My intent is that all who visit the mural understand that patients come as strangers but become a family unit with all those involved in their care. The title of the mural is The Family Unit.

The combination of creativity and artistry is a powerful agent for positive change.  Green Mountain Graphics works with many artists and art organizations to turn "concepts" into "objects".  We welcome your creative challenges!

Latitude Condo

In Riverdale, New York, a section of the Bronx known as "the suburb within the city", Latitude Condominium was recently built as an expression of luxury condo living.  In keeping with the project's high-end amenities, developer Atlantic Partners chose Green Mountain Graphics for the interior sign package.  Apartment number signs of cut satin aluminum letters and numbers, and common area signs of engraved and black paint filled aluminum panels, project a high end look complementing the contemporary architectural design of Karl Fischer, and interior design of Andres Escobar.

To get buyers in the door to the weekend open house, Green Mountain Graphics fabricated and installed large promotional banners and window graphics. Developer Rob Quaco stated, "The banners look amazing, and they get people into our open house every week".

Quality signage puts the finishing touch on any construction or renovation project. We can transform your designer's vision into a solid work of "sign art", or, we can develop designs for you to meet both your aesthetic and budget needs.  And, don't forget, "if they don't know about it, they can't buy it"...let Green Mountain Graphics create your eye-catching, attention-grabbing banners and signs.

EMS Academy, Nassau University Medical Center

Continuing our ongoing project to modernize the signage throughout Nassau University Medical Center, Nassau County's tallest building and premier Level I trauma center, Green Mountain Graphics recently fabricated and installed signage for the Fire Police EMS Academy.  Twenty four ADA-compliant etched zinc signs, mounted in curved aluminum frames, matched the room signage specifications that have been established throughout the hospital complex.  Additional signage requirements, unique to the EMS Academy, included a commemorative engraved brushed stainless steel finish laminate plaque, an over-the-door identity sign with dimensional letters and logos on a stainless steel finish panel, etched vinyl window graphics, and a wall-projecting restroom sign.

Steven Lenkofsky, EMS Academy Administrator, wrote "the esthetics, quality and installation of the signs has been excellent and I am quite pleased with the job".

Whatever your unique signage requirements – from a single sign, to a facility-wide program – Green Mountain Graphics has the skills and resources to create attractive, functional, and cost-effective solutions. We look forward to working with you to meet your particular needs.

Roosevelt House / Public Policy Institute at Hunter College

On the evening of November 22, 2009 over 150 guests joined Hunter College President Jennifer J. Raab to present the College's 2009 Bridge to Achievement Award to Roosevelt House.  Green Mountain Graphics, working with designer Anne Asher, fabricated and installed 7 digital prints of photos commemorating the lives of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt.  As a centerpiece to the installation, a mural-size print of Roosevelt's "Four Freedoms" was printed, laminated, and mounted.  Finally, a large donor board was created to acknowledge the generosity of those who made possible the renovation of the historic Roosevelt House.  Anne Asher spoke about the project, "We were....

Cogswell Realty, LLC

In the forefront of the renaissance of downtown Newark, real estate developer and manager Cogswell Realty  has turned the National Newark Building at 744 Broad Street into Newark's Crown Jewel.  With a recent vacancy in a ground floor retail space, Cogswell reached out to Green Mountain Graphics to create bold, eye-catching signage to fill the entire storefront glass.  After measuring each window and door, we created a layout custom sized for each panel.  The art was then digitally printed on clear self adhesive film, installed, and backed up with white film to create truly "eye-popping" graphics.  Darla Stachecki, Senior Vice President of Cogswell Realty , said "Green Mountain Graphics has always produced great-looking signs for us.  I was especially pleased with the way these windows turned out.  They are getting alot of attention and are a huge help in our marketing effort".

Murray Hill Properties

1250 Broadway, a 39 story, 670,000 square foot Class A office building, recently underwent a major renovation of the top floors.  Seizing an opportunity for branding and advertising on the sidewalk scaffold, Murray Hill Properties, owners of the building, contracted Green Mountain Graphics to fabricate and install a digitally printed banner wrap to cover the fence.  The banner wrap, over 600 feet in length, presented a design challenge for our art department.  The banner had to conform to the irregular shape of the scaffold, the image had to repeat multiple times, and additional copy had to be inserted as part of the graphics.  Green Mountain Graphics manufactured and installed on time and on budget!

The Advertising Educational Foundation is the advertising industry's provider and distributor of educational content to enrich the understanding of advertising and its role in culture, society and the economy.  We are particularly pleased that AEF chose Green Mountain Graphics for their promotional advertising needs!  When AEF needed a thank you gift for volunteers and advertising professionals who speak at colleges and universities on behalf of the organization, they worked with our sales department to choose just the right item.  After seeing samples and evaluating a number of possible promotional products, AEF chose an etched jade crystal paperweight packaged in a pull-string velour pouch.  This project was coordinated by Caitlin Tucker of AEF, who commented, "Everyone here thinks they are just fabulous".

BNY Mellon

The U.S. headquarters of BNY Mellon (Bank of New York Mellon) at 1 Wall Street was in need of a signage upgrade. When exiting the elevator on each floor, visitors and workers were confronted with obsolete and unattractive directories, often containing incomplete or inaccurate information.  BNY Mellon requested bids from several sign companies, and chose Green Mountain Graphics to supply and install new contemporary-looking floor directories.  The new directories, constructed as vinyl lettering on aluminum slats, are attractive, functional, and easy to maintain.  Helmut Kromar, building manager for 1 Wall Street, commented, "
